Warranty

Every MARZIANI system is individually bench-tested at our Southern California facility before shipment. This page states what our warranty covers; the signed agreement accompanying your order is the authoritative document and controls if anything here differs.

MARZIANI systems carry a five (5) year limited commercial warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, covering the original purchaser. Products marketed with multi-decade component rating (such as Avvolgente drivers) refer to the drivers' published service-life rating under normal use — the legal warranty term remains five years.

• Defects in materials and workmanship confirmed by our bench testing
• Driver, crossover, and enclosure faults arising under normal commercial use

• Damage from misuse, over-driving beyond published power handling, water ingress beyond rated conditions, or unauthorized modification
• Cosmetic wear, shipping damage claims made after the delivery window in your order terms
• Installation or system-integration labor

Email support@marziani.ai with your serial number and a description of the fault. We issue an RMA number and instructions. Units are serviced at our Southern California facility; turn-around depends on fault class and is quoted at RMA issue.
