Orders & Delivery

MARZIANI systems — from Songo satellites to full 96-driver arrays — are built to order and individually bench-tested before dispatch. Orders are confirmed by a signed quotation and purchase order; the terms in those documents govern each sale.

Lead times depend on system class and queue position and are stated on your quotation. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may move with component supply.

Large systems ship crated via freight carrier with insurance; crating and freight are quoted per destination on the order. Small items (e.g., Songo satellites) may ship via parcel. Risk passes per the Incoterms stated on your quotation.

Inspect crates on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Report concealed damage within 5 business days so we can file carrier claims.

Because units are built to order, cancellation terms scale with production stage and are stated on your quotation. Changes to a live order may affect price and lead time; we'll confirm in writing before proceeding.

Standard catalog items may be returned unused within 30 days of delivery at the buyer's cost, subject to a restocking fee stated on the quotation, unless the item was customized. Faulty units are handled under Warranty.
